The Patrick County Agricultural Fair, scheduled for September 20 �24, 2011, will be held at the Stuart
Rotary Field. Commercial fair booths will be in the Memorial Building as shown on the attached sketch.
We’re excited to announce that we’ve made great improvements to the Memorial Building that will
make booth renters and fair attendees more comfortable! There are new restroom facilities and ticket
windows within the new entry. The building has been remodeled with new interior walls. There will be
better air circulation, wider aisles and fewer booth spaces for rent. We’ve reduced the booth spaces
from 128 to 105, so please confirm your space at once! The display floor has been reconfigured to take
advantage of the remodel.
To rent booth space, complete the information below and return a copy of this form to B. Clark, P.O.
Box 31, Stuart, VA 24171. Payment is requested with the return of this contract before August 5, 2011.
Multiple booth space renters receive priority.
Booth rates are: $72.00 each 4’ x’8’ interior spaces booths 61�108
$84.00 each 6’ x 7’ exterior wall spaces booths 1�60*
*All exterior booth renters (booths 1 – 60) will not be allowed to attach, nail, tape, staple, mark or paint
the new walls. A rail track along the wall has been installed to hang any back drop or wall covering.
Each booth space rented will receive 2 free passes for each night (ten passes total). Booth spaces are
rented on a “first come� basis.
