Town of Stuart Gets Silver Water Treatment Plant Award

The Town of Stuart has received the 2010 Silver Performance Award from the Virginia Department of Health (Office of Drinking Water).
The award reads:
Water Treatment Plant Performance Award for Excellence in Filtration and Backwash.
The Silver Award winners meet or exceed the filtration standard, plus a standard for either water clarity or the filter backwash - or - cleaning- process.
