Clark Gas & Oil Sponsors A College Awareness Assembly

April 12, 2011 ~ Clark Gas & Oil & the PC Educational Foundation sponsored a College Awareness Assembly at PCHS featuring Travis Wells, News7 Sports Director as the guest speaker.
Wells encouraged and motivated the entire 9th grade class to plan to attend college in order to prepare themselves for an increasingly globalized & high-tech economy.
This annual assembly is geared to 9th graders to hopefully stir their excitement & get them focused on their future! To further enhance the message, Clark Gas & Oil, annually donates $1,000 to send a bus load of these students to an area college to experience a campus and get a feel for college life. Clark Gas & Oil has been involved with this program since 1998, donating over $14,000 to hopefully inspire our community's youth to continue their education!
