Senator Jim Web (D-VA) is the speaker for the Patrick County GED graduation at Patrick Springs Primary School on May 21, 2010

Jim Webb during graduation exercises this evening at Patrick Springs Primary School. Reaching this milestone will open up new doors for each of these courageous GED recipients many of whom are going on to post secondary education or exciting new careers. Congrats!"
