WHEO news, Richard Rogers, reports a Bassett woman died in a 2-vehicle accident at the intersection of Rts. 8 and 57 N. of Stuart last night. Sharon Richardson, 49, was a passenger in a car driven by her daughter who turned into the path of a big pickup.

The victim was airlifted to Roanoke Mem. Hospital where she died. It was one of 3 accidents ...involving injuries last night here, but the trooper does not believe the full moon was a factor. WHEO is on 1270AM, Stuart, VA. Richard Rogers is the morning talk show host and news director.
