Primland's Highland Golf Course at Meadows of Dan, VA has announced a new rate schedule. This is their 5th season of golf.

The Highland Course at Primland has fared well this winter and we are looking forward to an outstanding 2010 season, our first full season in the new Lodge at Primland.
The Lodge began welcoming guests last September to much fanfare. Comments from guests who have visited the Lodge have been overwhelmingly positive. Be sure to book your accommodations early, as I am sure they will fill up fast.
As our fifth season approaches, the golf course has matured into one of the best in Virginia. We are looking forward to impeccable course conditions thanks to Brian Kearns and his staff, whose extensive tree pruning and clearing efforts have provided even more striking views of the Dan River Gorge and surrounding vistas.
We have some changes of note in 2010 to the Golf Rates and schedule. Golf Rates for May 1st thru May 31st will be as follows:
Daily Guests Mon–Thurs $150
Lodging Guests Mon–Thurs $125
Daily Guests Fri–Sun $200
Lodging Guests Fri – Sun $175
Replay Rates 18 Holes $100
9 Holes $50
Rates include cart fee, range balls and a Highland Course tee gift. Tee times will be revised this year to 15-minute intervals from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm.
Enjoy lunch in the new 19th Pub, just steps from the 10th tee or, on busier days, a quick lunch will also be served at the Pavilion Grill located near our Fairway Cottages.
Returning for his fifth season as Assistant Golf Professional is Brian Alley, PGA. Brian was born and raised in nearby Lawsonville, North Carolina and served at two of the Southeast’s premier private clubs: the Everglades Club in Palm Beach, Florida and the Yeamans Hall Club, in Charleston, South Carolina.
Brian and I are both available to provide individual instruction through private lessons. As PGA Professionals, we’ll help you to improve your game.
