An Announcement of a New Dirctor for the Blue Ridge Nursing Center
2/26/10 - Gerald Williams has been named Vice-President of Development and will oversee a new division of the company. Richard Shelley has been appointed the new Administrator.
Mr. Shelley is from Mechanicsville, Virginia and will be responsible for the day to day operations. Mr. Shelley earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University. He is a licensed NHA and is also a certified NHA Preceptor for two states. He has also served a Regional Director of Operations for both Beverly Enterprises of Maryland and Horizon Healthcare of Dallas, Texas.
Melissa Gibby, RN, BSN and MHA, has been named as Director of Nursing. She earned a bachelor of nursing science degree from UNC and a master's degree of Healthcare Administration from University of Phoenix.
