Gov. McDonnell Will Give Republican Response to State of Union

Newly elected Virginia Gov. Bob McDonnell will give the Republican response to President Obama's State of The Union Address on Wednesday of next week.
McDonnell was inaugurated this past week as the 71st Governor of Virginia.
Reportedly, Minority Leader Sen. Mitch McConnell of KY and House GOP leader John Boehner of OH asked McDonnell to deliver the speech.
