Gov. Tim Kaine will be in Martinsville on Thursday, Jan. 14, 2010 to announce grant awards from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, disbursing $10 million

According to Martinsville Bulletin, Jan. 13, 2010, the grants will support biomass and waste to energy projects throughout the state. His announcement will be at 1:00pm at the VA Museum of Natural History.
