According to the Associated Press and ABC news, Gov. Tim Kain is recommending funding for 16 projects in Southwest Virginia, that includes Patrick and Henry Counties

One facet of this is improving our cultural heritage tourism. This was announced on Thursday. Other projects to benefit include a community kitchen at Spencer-Penn Center in Henry County.
