Tom Bishop Receives Community Service Award-Stuart Rotary

Dec. 14-Tom Bishop, Executive Director, Patrick County Chamber of Commerce, received a Community Service Award from the Stuart Rotary Club.
Janice Wilkins, President of the Stuart Rotary Club, presented Community Service Awards to Tom Bishop, Former Sheriff David Hubbard and Wilbur Walker.
