I trust you are focusing on the joy and fun of the Holiday Season! I really enjoy all the lights! Thanks for taking a minute out of your busy life to connect with us. I especially liked the jokes everyone sent in at our last newsletters request.
Well, here's what's happening:
The cookbook has been shipped just this week, the cost to you is $17.95. "Delicious Delites the Balance of Life", is a transitional cookbook that includes:

Dr. Jude will be on the radio Wednesday, December 9th, for "Wellness Wednesday", tune in to WHEO 1270.

Sourwood honey is available at the Wellness Cottage for $6.00. This honey is harvested from the gardens at the Chocolate Moose, it is raw (not heated) and oh so sweet! We don't have a lot but I think it's a great gift, especially if you want to sweeten somebodies day!
The Wellness Cottage will be closed from December 24th - January 5th. I will probably be in and out of the office cooking up something.
The other big news is that I have been asked to do a TV show on healthy food, so watch for this next exciting event. You should be able to see the show live stream online at www.btw21.com starting Tuesday, January 5th @ 1:30PM and 8:30PM. The show will also be on Thursdays @ 6:00PM and Saturdays @ 12:30PM. The same show will run 4 times a week, don't feel bad if you can't catch one of these times, the shows will be on our website soon. The show is called "Healthy Food with Dr. Jude", so tune in to see what's cookin' at the Chocolate Moose.
