IALR Executive Director Tapped by Governor Kaine. Dr. Liam Leightley, IALR Executive Director, has been appointed to serve on the Southern Technology Council (STC).

The STC is the advisory council on innovation and technology policy issues for the Southern Growth Policies Board and is comprised of professionals in the science, technology and economic development fields.
