Hall Oil and Propane, Inc. opened a new retail store in Stuart, VA on November 14, 2009. The Ribbon Cutting and Open House was enjoyed by all. Mr. Paul Farrar, "Cooking With Paul" was there to demonstrate cooking on the new "Bubba Grill".
