Mr. William Arthur Barnard, age 82, of Kibler Valley in Patrick County, VA passed away on Monday October 5, 2009 at Norther Hospital of Surry.

He was born in Patrick County, VA Dec. 23, 1926. He was owner and operator of Barnard's General Store and Used Cars. He was a veteran of WWII. Service will be at the graveside, Friday Oct. 9, 2009 at the Barnard Family Cemetary in Kibler Valley. 2:00pm
