WOLF CREEK CHEROKEE INTERTRIBAL POWWOW
To all the schools in the Patrick Co, Henry Co. and Franklin Co.
surrounding school areas.
The hours for the Wolf Creek Cherokee Intertribal Powwow are
now being scheduled for the children’s education Day on Friday
October 02, 2009 that is scheduled from 8:30 am until 2:30 Pm.
We are asking that ALL of the SCHOOLS in the area who would
like for their students to participate in the Educational Tribal event
day, for their teachers to call and schedule what time they will be at
the Rotary Field here in Stuart for the event and how many of their
students, teachers and chaperons will be attending.
We will have someone on hand that will help you park your schools
buses. Contracts and schedules were mailed out to all the schools
in the Patrick, Henry and Franking Counties at the end of the school
season and remailed to them a few months ago. If you did not receive

If we are busy leave a message and we will get back to you to schedule
your students or resend information to you.
This event will be something that your students will treasure for many
years to come.
