June 16-PEACH PAGEANT PRESS RELEASE The Patrick County Chamber of Commerce wishes to announce the 5th Annual Virginia Peach Pageant in conjunction with the August 6-8 Peach Festival Celebration. The Pageant will be held on Friday, August 7, 2008 at the Star Theatre starting at 6:00 p. m. Pageant entrants may pick up an entrant form at the Chamber office at: 20475 Jeb Stuart Highway-U. S. Route 58 (near Stuart Tire and Auto) If you want the Chamber to mail you a form, call: 276-694-6012, or call 276-694-7064 Pageant categories include: Tiny Miss Peach, ages 5-8 Little Miss Peach, ages 9-12 Jr. Miss Peach, ages 13-16 Miss Peach, ages 17-22 (unmarried, never had children) Winners will receive a $250 Savings Bond.
