Jesse Sheppard Funeral Wednesday at 2:00pm at the High School

Jesse Sheppard, who just graduated from Patrick County High School died in an auto accident on I-95 near Benson, NC on Saturday.
Jesse was 18 years old. He was a musician and played in the marching High Cougars School Band. He was considered a model student, according to High School Principal, E. G. Bradshaw. He also performed with the theatre group at the High School. He performed with the Downtown Boys at the Star Theatre.
He lived at 825 Salem Highway, Stuart, VA
Jonathan Robert Corns, 19, of 2867 Abram Penn Highway, Critz, was the driver of the car. Christopher Bryce Howell, 19, of 4734 Moorefield Store Road, Stuart was also in the car.
Jesse's father is Eric Sheppard, Owner of Sheppard's Body Shop in Stuart, next door to Stuart Tire and the Patrick County Chamber of Commerce office.
His mother is Wendy Wood Sheppard.
He was a member of Peters Creek Baptist Church. He was a member 4-H and the High School Praise and Worship Team.
He planned to attend Patrick Henry Community College.
Jesse's funeral will be on Wednesday at the Patrick County High School Gym. Visitation will be tonight at Moody Funeral Home in Stuart, 6-8pm.
