Laws related to identity theft that affect employers, executives and business owners
Penalties your company could be subject to under the new Federal Laws regarding Identity Theft.
There will be a brief power point presentation that outlines what an employer must do in order to help mitigate damages, reduce exposure to class action lawsuits, and FTC litigation.
The presentation will be approximately 30 minutes followed by a Q&A
