This is Brenton. He was diagnosed with Acute
Myeloid Leukemia (AML) on February 24, 2014. Brenton is 2 years old and
is always full of smiles. He loves to run and play. Brenton began
chemotherapy the next day and went through multiple rounds of chemo. About two
and a half months ago, he finally received a bone marrow transplant. He was
able to leave the hospital and go home with his grandparents. Jennifer, his
grandmother, was able to take medical leave from her job to take care of
Brenton. FMLA has just ended. On February 25, 2015 Mike and Jennifer received
the news that sweet little Brenton had relapsed for the second time.
