Guest Chef Weekend at The Chateau Morrisette Winery

The weekend of March 27th-29th, Executive Chef Paul Schroeder, an award winning chef from Sonoma, California, will be preparing food for our guests. On Friday and Saturday Chef Schroeder's menu will be served from 4pm-8pm and then on Sunday, his menu will be served from 11am-4pm.
Experience Sonoma right here in Floyd, Virginia The cost of the six course menu is $65 per person (not inclusive of wine, gratuity, or tax). Wine pairings will be available for an additional $15.
During these times the restaurant will be serving Chef Schroeder's menu exclusively- if you would like our regular menu, then please plan to come for lunch on Friday or Saturday.
Chef Schroeder has over 20 years of experience cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
