The Stokes County Arts Council and Rocky's will be open until 10:00 p.m. Enjoy the Apple Gallery Exhibit. Kids wear your costume when you visit Rocky's on these dates and receive a free kid's ice cream/cup or those with their pet dogs wearing costumes, receive a free pet cup.
